rhythm that is easy to fall into to get started on your dreams.
your leadership philosophy and figure out what's important to you and
use the following steps to get you started:
- Start with
finding three priority things that you want to get done. Set a date
that you want them completed by. If three big things seem too much,
then at least start with one. You can move up to three later.
sure these three things are right for you. That you can do them and
they aren't beyond your capabilities. If they are something you

tasks. Don't let anyone interrupt you.

hold and work on your important tasks. The importance of time

sure you take a break. After 30 minutes, get up and stretch. Do
something else for five minutes. After about an hour, do something else
for awhile. When you come back to your task you'll be refreshed.
This time can be used for the everyday tasks or to just to sit with a
cup of tea or to take a walk
- Make sure you focus on
only one major task at a time. If you try to accomplish too much at
once, you'll get no where. You don't want to be a jack of all trades
and master of none.
- If your major goal turns out to be
a bad idea, then drop it. If it doesn't do what you want it to do,
then it's not worth your time.
- Protect your time for

need it to get what you want done. Don't feel bad about it. They
won't be happy at first, but they'll get used to it.
